Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Paypr ("the app", "we", "us") is an hourly-pay tracker that helps you record time worked by the people you pay — nannies, tutors, cleaners, and other helpers — and keep track of what you owe. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. The guiding principle is simple: your records stay yours.

Paypr is operated by QAtion, a business registered in Poland (European Union). Because we are based in the EU, our handling of any personal data is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As explained below, the records you create in Paypr stay on your device and in your own iCloud — we are not the controller of that content. For data-protection matters, QAtion is the data controller and can be reached at payprfeedback@gmail.com.

1. Information you enter

You can create records that may include:

This information is stored on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, synced through your own private iCloud account so it is available on your other devices. We do not receive, store, or have access to this content. It is never sold or shared.

2. Sign-in

Paypr uses your device's iCloud account to enable sync. We do not ask for or store a password, and we do not collect your name or email address through sign-in.

3. Anonymous usage analytics

To understand how the app is used and improve it, Paypr sends anonymous, content-free usage signals through TelemetryDeck. These signals describe events (for example, that a person was added or a paywall was shown) — never the actual content. We do not transmit names, amounts, balances, or any of the records you enter. TelemetryDeck is designed for privacy and does not store IP addresses or build cross-app advertising profiles.

4. Purchases

Paypr Pro is sold through Apple's App Store using Apple's in-app purchase system. Any payment is processed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; we do not receive or store your payment details.

5. Crash & performance reports

Paypr uses Apple's MetricKit to receive aggregated, anonymized crash and performance diagnostics from the operating system. We forward only counts (for example, "one crash occurred") to our analytics — never your data or the contents of a report.

6. Children

Paypr is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Your choices & rights

If you are in the European Union, the GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection regarding personal data. Because the records you enter never leave your device and your own iCloud, you exercise these directly within the app. For the limited anonymous analytics we receive, no data is linked to your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
