Terms of Use

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Paypr mobile application ("the app"), operated by QAtion, a business registered in Poland ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Paypr you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Paypr on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. What Paypr is — and is not

Paypr is a record-keeping and tracking tool for hours worked and amounts owed. Paypr is not a payment processor, bank, payroll provider, or tax, accounting, or legal advisor. Any totals, balances, or summaries are calculated from the information you enter and are provided for your convenience only. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for meeting any tax, employment, or legal obligations that apply to you.

3. Paypr Pro subscriptions and purchases

All purchases are made through Apple and are also governed by Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of calculations, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
