From clock-in to paid, in one place

Built for people who juggle several clients and just want a straight answer to one question: how much am I owed, and by whom?

Clock in as you work

Start the timer when the job starts. The hours land under the right client at your rate for them — no end-of-week reconstruction from memory.

A tally per client

Each client has their own rate, their own history, and their own running total of unpaid hours. Nothing blurs together.

Share a clean statement

When it's time to get paid, send a tidy summary of hours worked and the total unpaid — by message, email or print. Your client doesn't need the app.

Record what's been paid

Log full or partial payments as they arrive and watch each balance settle. The history stays searchable.

See your earnings

Weekly, monthly and yearly summaries of hours and earnings with per-client breakdowns (Paypr Pro).

Private by design

Your records live on your device and your own iCloud. No ads, no data selling — we never see them.

For any work paid by the hour

If your pay is your hours times your rate, Paypr keeps the score.

One app, two views

Paypr started as the app for people who pay household help by the hour — and it still is. The contractor view is the same idea from the other side. Switch between the two anytime in Settings: each side keeps its own records, and switching never mixes them. Pay a cleaner and get paid for tutoring? Both worlds stay separate.

Questions, answered

How do I track the hours I work for each client?

Add each client once with your hourly rate for them, then clock in when you start working — or log hours afterwards on a timeline. Paypr keeps a separate running tally per client of hours worked and what's still unpaid.

Do my clients need the app?

No. Your records live in your own app and iCloud. When it's time to get paid, share a clean statement — a simple summary of hours worked and the total unpaid — by message, email or print.

Can I use Paypr for both sides — people I pay and people who pay me?

Yes. Paypr has two views: one for tracking people you pay by the hour, and a contractor view for tracking clients who pay you. Switch anytime in Settings — each side keeps its own separate records, and switching never mixes them.

Is Paypr free for contractors?

You can track one client free forever. Paypr Pro unlocks unlimited clients, weekly/monthly/yearly summaries and export — start with a 7-day free trial, then $2.99/month or $7.99 once for lifetime.
